What we do
A cable mill's export department sells what the mill makes, in the quantity the mill wants to make. That is fine for a 40 foot container of one type and one size. It is not much help when a project needs four types, seven sizes, two of them small, one of them armoured, all inside one container and all delivered on the same date.
That is the work we do. We review the specification, place the order with the mill or mills that make it best, follow the production and testing, consolidate the shipment, and hold the documents. When something goes wrong, you have one contact instead of three suppliers and a freight forwarder.

Why buy through a trading company
A mill that runs a 200 000 m order does not want to stop a line for 3 000 m. We can place that order, which means you can win the small project and keep the customer for the large one.
Power cable, building wire, control cable and accessories in a single load. You pay one freight, clear one shipment, and reconcile one set of documents.
We are not tied to one factory's product list. We match the order to the mill that makes that type well at the right price, instead of selling you what happens to be on the schedule.
Why the drum length is short, why a certificate is missing, what happens if the conductor resistance fails on site — you ask one person and get an answer that is not a press release.
We read the standard number and the installation conditions before quoting. Getting the cable type wrong is a far more expensive mistake than getting the price slightly wrong.
Origin, conformity, test evidence, packing list format and marking. It is unglamorous work and it is the main reason shipments sit in port.

Our orders are placed with large Chinese cable manufacturers whose production and testing facilities cover the full range we sell. Certificate copies and laboratory reports for the relevant product family are available with the quotation.
Because we buy rather than manufacture, we can also tell you when a specification is not achievable at the price you have in mind, and propose an alternative that meets the standard.
